Let MappingXpress boost the security of your verification process

Collecting documents from students and parents securely and efficiently is key to the verification process and is perhaps even more important with all that your office has been through with the pandemic. It might have been on the To Do list to develop a system for receiving documents, but streamlining processes after working virtually and reducing personal interaction made the need even more critical.

Schools, students, and sponsoring organizations are easily and securely exchanging documents with Mapping Your Future's MappingXpress service. MappingXpress is not limited to solely verification documents needed by the financial aid office. Other offices on campus may set up MappingXpress accounts to satisfy their documentation needs, such as Admissions, Registrar, and other offices that collect documents from students.

MappingXpress enables students and parents to quickly respond to the school's documentation requests by uploading an electronic file of the requested documents. Schools retrieve the uploaded documents securely from their Access Area on Mapping Your Future, allowing them to efficiently process, organize, and retain the documents to complete the students' files in a timely manner.
