Make smart use of this college resource

Students who do well in college often know how to make the most of the resources offered to them.
And one of the great resources offered on many college campuses is the Student Success Center.
As the name implies, the Student Success Center – sometimes called an Academic Success Center – provides resources to help students succeed in college. The type of academic support students can receive will depend on the college’s resources, but it may include:
- One-on-one tutoring
- Study groups or hubs
- Review sessions for exams
- Coaching and/or counselling
- Workshops
- Presentations
- Online academic resources
Some Student Success Centers may also include other types of services, such as career advising, internship resources, and even wellness programs.
As a college student, you may encounter some challenging lessons or courses. After all, college is about learning new things. And, by relying on the Student Success Center when you need it, you’ll making the most of your academic opportunities.
